Shipping policy

Production Times

As all our items are bespoke / made to order. The average time for us to process orders before shipping are 1-3 days for Wrapping Paper, Air Fresheners and Greeting Cards, and 3-5 days for all other items.

UK Shipping

We use Royal Mail for all our post, checkout offers you 1st class (express) or 2nd class post (standard). With estimated delivery times of 1-5 business days after your order has been shipped.

Europe Shipping

We use Royal Mail from the UK and then your local services will take over the handling of the parcels. All items are sent either standard post or tracked (Tracked is via Express only). You will be emailed your tracking number once the post has been collected via Royal Mail. Delivery times are usually between 5-20 business days.

USA Shipping

We use Royal Mail from the UK and then your local services will take over the handling of the parcels. All items are sent either standard post or tracked (Tracked is via Express only). You will be emailed your tracking number once the post has been collected via Royal Mail. Delivery times are usually between 7-21 business days.

ROW Shipping

We use Royal Mail from the UK and then your local services will take over the handling of the parcels. All items are sent either standard post or tracked (Tracked is via Express only). You will be emailed your tracking number once the post has been collected via Royal Mail. Delivery times are determined by your location but should not any take longer than 30 business days.

Delays & Updates

Please remember delays can happen that are out of our control and we apologise for this. But will do everything we can to get your order to you quickly and safely. Bank holidays and Christmas periods may also influence post times so please order in advance.

*Some items may ship seperate to other items, so you may have items arrive at different times.
