Refund policy
Our Refund / Return / Rxchange policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange unless you have contacted us before this time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, we may also require photos. You will be responsible for all return costs.
To start a return, contact us at hello@my-dmc.com & If your return is accepted, you will be instructed on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@my-dmc.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We generally process refunds the same day, but please allow upto 10 days.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item from a third party.
